This is the heart of what we do. Once the venue is secured, we take ownership of every guest’s journey, so you can focus on the event itself.
We manage room blocks, rooming lists, flights, transfers and individual requirements as one plan, with every detail tracked and passed to the right people. Guest lists change and flights move. We plan for that from the start, so changes are handled quietly and your guests only notice how smoothly everything ran.

What does Cherocó do?

An exclusive-use venue is a property you book in its entirety, so your group has the whole estate, villa or hotel to itself. It gives you complete privacy and far more freedom over how the event runs.
What is an exclusive-use venue?

A buyout reserves the entire hotel for your group. A room block reserves a set number of rooms at a hotel that stays open to other guests. We’ll advise which suits your numbers, budget and the kind of event you’re planning.

Most of our projects are for groups of around 12 to 150 guests, from leadership retreats to company-wide incentives and celebrations.
How far in advance should we start planning?

9 to 18 months ahead gives the best choice, particularly in peak season. We can also work to shorter lead times when the right property is available.
Do you arrange flights?

Yes. We arrange group and individual flights through our air partner, so flights sit within the same plan as accommodation, transfers and the rest of the trip.
